The Asian guy in the front took over 20 minutes to make one yakult drink. When i got back to my office and tried it, it was awfully made. There was no yakult and a weird mixture of tea and something else. I have never thrown away a tea before but this is a first. The drink tastes inedible like a child made some concoction mixture of whatever they found. He has no experience in making drinks and cannot handle the simple responsibilities of being in a kitchen. This small boba shop cannot be profitable with staff like this unable to handle one or two drinks at a time. Replacing the guy in the front would help your business

Tried their mango pomelo drink(M1). Honestly this was the crappiest drink i have ever tasted. Weird sourness and bitterness taste. There are better options like Royal Tea. I literally threw the entire drink after one sip. Not coming back. Thank you !

This was my second visit, and unfortunately, I left disappointed again. I ordered a drink with no sugar, but it was made incorrectly and ended up being extremely sweet — the complete opposite of what I asked for. The staff member was also rude and not very welcoming, which made the experience even worse. I really wanted to like this place and gave it another chance, but after two disappointing visits, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

My go to boba place ever since they opened! My family and I love going here and we always get their creme brulee and mango series! Everything in their menu is super good and worth the price. It’s also super easy to get rewards! They also sell ice cream, snacks, and fresh juice! It’s small inside but people usually just drop and go.

Honestly the boba shop’s name sounds like Chicago. Anyways, my friend and I decided to go come to this location to get some boba and snacks. When I first got here, there is many people most likely because it’s hot outside right now. I’m surprised that there are many items you can buy from the menu. Literally different names of drinks and food, but you may have to go to one of the kiosks to see what they look like. I literally had a hard time deciding which ones I want and so I had my friend help me out on it. Food and drinks taste as good as other boba places. From the inside, it’s very small and rarely has seats. However, I do like how they added plants and other natural resources to make this place look vibrant and modern. I wish that they added more seats, but the place is too small since people are here lining up and waiting for their orders to be picked up. So then my friend and I stood for a while until like 30 minutes later that many people left. It’s funny how they still have a Grand Opening sign for over a year now just for the restaurant to promote itself. You may see that it is false advertising, but attractive at the same time. Not that it really matters, but this bo
